You are worthy.

Life has many ways of feeling overwhelming. Maybe feel like you’re lost in a sea of change and struggling to find your footing. Perhaps you find yourself distracted by thoughts of self-doubt or worry about all the things you “should” be doing. Maybe you have trouble saying no to people because it feels like they won’t like you anymore.

I want you to know that you and your feelings are valid. You are, and always have been, more than enough. You are worthy of love, care, respect, and support, unconditionally.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You feel like you lack motivation and don’t know where to start.

You feel misunderstood.

You wake up every morning feeling overwhelmed.

You feel like you are wandering through life, unsure of who you are and what you want.

You feel like there are so many things to manage in so little time.

If any of these resonate with you, you’re in good company.

These are super common thoughts and feelings and things everyone experiences at various points in time. You’re in the right place.

How I Can Help

I help my clients reflect, re-frame, and process the complexities of life. You deserve support…and asking for support is hard! Maybe you don’t know what you’d say, or you doubt that you even have anything to say. Maybe you’re unsure that anything you would say would even make any sense. That’s okay. You are okay, you are enough, and you are welcome here.

Therapy Can Help You Feel Less Stressed and Anxious

It’s possible to feel better. Imagine being able to…

Learn who you are and what you want out of life.

Stop feeling overwhelmed all the time.

Shift into a more positive and hopeful outlook on life.

Start building a more meaningful life based on your knowledge of your wants and needs.

One of the best – and hardest – parts of growing up and being an adult is getting to figure out who you are and what you want. As a kid, we’re often defined in terms that our adults choose or by the experiences we’ve had.

My goal is to help you understand how the experiences you’ve had have shaped you and how you can use them to inform your journey without letting them define it. By better understanding who you are and what you want in your own words and on your own terms, you can gain a stronger sense of what it is you both need and want.

How Therapy Works

I know that scheduling a first appointment with a new therapist can create all kinds of anxiety. Maybe you’re unsure about needing or even wanting help, and now you find yourself somehow trying both to talk yourself into and out of scheduling an appointment at the same time.

I know it can feel overwhelming, so let me help you understand what you can expect after reaching out.

My Style and Approach

The most important piece of therapy is establishing safety and trust in the relationship we have together. I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story and struggles with me.

I offer counseling in a convenient virtual setting (for anyone living anywhere in Massachusetts). I am often accompanied by my dog, Jake, who has been known to make occasional appearances in sessions. Should he ever happen to overhear any part of your session, he promises to uphold the highest level of confidentiality.
